It’s over. It’s really over. I can’t believe it. Four years, 7 months, 22 days and 5 hours ago, I was sitting in my apartment in Camarillo watching the premiere of what became my favorite show ever. I never missed an episode.
I’m so sad to see it end even though I knew it had to end some time. They all do, right? Heck, I was worried that it wouldn’t even make it to Season 2. Luckily, we got 5 seasons. Yes, Alias had it’s ups and downs, but I was a loyal fan to the end.
I know I’m getting overly emotional about a TV show of all things, but I feel like I’m losing an old friend. Looking forward to Alias got me through some tough times at work, and now it’s gone.
So I’m posting here to say “Farewell, Alias! You’ll always be a fond memory for me.”

I have never even watched that show. I dont know why. I have heard so many good things about it.
LOL - I felt that way about Firefly - and it wasn't on very long!
Kelley, it was a show that could be hard to follow if you hadn't been watching all along. I remember seeing the commercials before the pilot and thinking "I have to watch that!" Since I watched from the very first minute, I never had an issue:)
And Sam, after the ups and downs with Alias for a few seasons, I've tried to stop getting attached to shows. It seems the ones I like inevitably get cancelled!
I did get attached to one show- Love Monkey- this season that was (of course) cancelled. I wrote a blog sort of about it but haven't posted it yet.
