Raisin Bran Challenge

No, I'm not challenging you all to eat as much Raisin Bran as you can:P It's a math related challenge that I've been using with my students. I thought I would share it here as well.

Here is an actual box of Raisin Bran found by a chemistry professor in Fort Wayne, Indiana:

There's a math error on this special edition "Kong Size" box of Raisin Bran. Can you figure out what it is?

Hi Michelle, Thank you for stopping by San Diego DP! I'm glad you are still blogging. I really like the photos with the church and the spring flowers - is that in San Diego?
30oz is not 40% more than 20oz. But I would definitely be attracted to buy it because of the 40% more wording without thinking of making the calculation!

Hey, I figured this one out too LOL. Believe me when I say I am truly amazed. Math and me are not friends.

Hope you're doing great. It's snowing here in Chicago. Where is spring????
